With the wheel raised pull the corner of the frame out of the track.
Clean and lubricate the track and wheels with penetrating oil or spray lubricant before replacing it.
Use a wire brush to clean off the dirt or debris.
Lubricate by spraying lubricant on the tracks and the rollers.
You should do this regularly as part of routine maintenance to keep the doors sliding smoothly.
Once the door is completely loose from the frame set it aside somewhere safe such as against the side of the house or lying flat on a work bench.
Built up dirt or loose debris can cause a door to stop sliding and ride off the track.
