Disconnect the motor from the door latch. Slowly pull the panel away from the door frame remove the wiring connections and the panel should come free. Remove the door handle by unclipping it from the door panel on the rear side of the panel then slide it through the panel. Using the correct sized screwdriver remove the screws and clips from the door panel.

Do the same with the switch cluster plate below which also snaps in place and remove the switch harness connectors. Most door panels will have small trim pieces located at the top of the panel at either the right or left side. Grabbing the entire door panel slide it up and then pull it off but still support it. Remove the motor and swivel bracket from the door by drilling out the pop rivet.
